Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Support Center Operations - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads and manages the support center team to ensure exemplary customer service and compliance with policies and regulations
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement and implements programs to enhance member and provider experiences
- Hires, trains, and develops team members while ensuring accountability for performance and departmental goals
Required Qualifications
- At least 7 years of customer service, call center, and/or sales experience, with 5 years in a call center setting
- At least 1 year of management or leadership experience
- Strong understanding of insurance products, including Medicaid and Medicare
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software programs
