Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Support Center Operations - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leads and manages the support center team to ensure exemplary customer service and compliance with policies and regulations
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvement and implements programs to enhance member and provider experiences
  • Hires, trains, and develops team members while ensuring accountability for performance and departmental goals


Required Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of customer service, call center, and/or sales experience, with 5 years in a call center setting
  • At least 1 year of management or leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, including Medicaid and Medicare
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software programs
