Job Summary

Overseeing day-to-day operations of the Member Acquisition call center, the full-time Operations Manager will manage sales supervisors, ensure compliance with service level agreements, and drive performance metrics while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Train and develop sales supervisors while overseeing daily operations and performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with client rules of engagement and manage scheduling for agents
  • Prepare and evaluate call center performance reports, recommending areas for improvement
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of successful sales management experience in a call center environment
  • Solid knowledge of CMS rules and regulations and individual health insurance plans
  • Proven track record of increasing sales in a phone-based environment
  • Ability to think strategically and manage towards established goals
