Job Summary
Overseeing day-to-day operations of the Member Acquisition call center, the full-time Operations Manager will manage sales supervisors, ensure compliance with service level agreements, and drive performance metrics while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Train and develop sales supervisors while overseeing daily operations and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with client rules of engagement and manage scheduling for agents
- Prepare and evaluate call center performance reports, recommending areas for improvement
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of successful sales management experience in a call center environment
- Solid knowledge of CMS rules and regulations and individual health insurance plans
- Proven track record of increasing sales in a phone-based environment
- Ability to think strategically and manage towards established goals
