Health Insurance Operations Senior Rep
Job Summary
A company is looking for a TEMP BPO Senior Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee data integrity of member enrollment records and remittance files
- Provide support for the eligibility load process and resolve related issues
- Research and correct errors in membership and primary care physician data
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work scheduled shifts from Sunday to Saturday, 7am to 8pm EST
- Experience working in a team environment
- Exposure to MS Office applications
- Good logical thinking ability
- Ability to interact with clients is preferred
