Job Summary
Health Insurance Project Associate, responsible for leading cross-functional projects and process improvements in a fully remote, full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project implementations, including stakeholder engagement and collaboration
- Evaluate departmental performance through data analysis and develop mitigation strategies
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to implement change management and risk mitigation projects
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of work experience in health insurance
- 2+ years of end-to-end project management experience
- 2+ years of experience in designing and improving workflows
- A bachelor's degree or 3+ years of equivalent experience
- Bonus: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
