Job Summary

Health Insurance Project Associate, responsible for leading cross-functional projects and process improvements in a fully remote, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end project implementations, including stakeholder engagement and collaboration
  • Evaluate departmental performance through data analysis and develop mitigation strategies
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to implement change management and risk mitigation projects
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of work experience in health insurance
  • 2+ years of end-to-end project management experience
  • 2+ years of experience in designing and improving workflows
  • A bachelor's degree or 3+ years of equivalent experience
  • Bonus: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
