Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding health and ancillary insurance products
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Provide quote and enrollment support to new customers

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• Health and Life license within state of residence or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
• 1+ years of experience in analyzing and problem solving for customers
• Intermediate proficiency using computers and Windows PCs
• Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts within operational hours
