Job Summary

Seeking dedicated sales professionals, the full-time remote Medicare Sales Agent will consult customers on insurance needs, convert inquiries into sales, and manage follow-ups while working from home in Maine, New Hampshire, or Vermont.

Key responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective members, identifying needs and converting inquiries into sales
  • Follow up with members regarding questions and product reviews, assisting with enrollment applications
  • Maintain knowledge of the product portfolio to effectively address member needs and ensure compliance with enrollment guidelines
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED or 4+ years of customer service/sales experience
  • Current and active Health Insurance license in the state of residence
  • 1+ years of recent sales experience utilizing a health insurance license, or a Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts with flexibility for training and overtime as needed
  • Current residence in Maine, New Hampshire, or Vermont
