Health Insurance Sales Agent

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare initiative, the full-time Health Insurance Sales Agent will educate prospects on supplemental insurance options, maintain client relationships, and collaborate with clinical teams, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Educate prospects on supplemental insurance coverages for dental, vision, and auditory services
• Create and maintain regular communication with prospects to influence their healthcare decisions
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by converting prospects to appropriate policies

Required qualifications

• Must possess a state-issued Health insurance license
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in selling supplemental policies, such as Vision, Dental, Audiology, and Podiatry
• Experience in the healthcare industry with supplemental insurance policies is preferred
• Fluency in English is required; secondary language proficiency (Spanish or Mandarin) is a plus
