Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Health Insurance Sales Agent will assist clients in selecting health insurance plans, manage enrollments, and provide ongoing support throughout the policy lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Guide clients through the health insurance selection process and enrollment
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to policyholders
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health insurance products and regulations

Required qualifications

• Active health insurance license in the relevant state
• Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry
• Strong understanding of health insurance products and enrollment processes
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus
