Job Summary

Providing hands-on support and training, the fully remote Sales Coach will drive the performance and development of the sales team through personalized coaching, performance analysis, and strategy development.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide individualized coaching to sales agents and managers, including development plans and actionable feedback
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, obstacles, and areas for improvement
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop strategies that drive performance and productivity
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Active resident Health Insurance Producer License
  • Previous experience as a licensed sales agent handling inbound or outbound sales calls
  • Must obtain and maintain non-resident licenses as needed in various states
  • Experience coaching or mentoring others in a sales environment is a plus
