Job Summary
To enhance the performance of the sales team, the fully remote Sales Coach will provide personalized coaching, training, and support to sales representatives and managers while driving adherence to best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Provide individualized coaching and development plans for sales agents and managers
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Partner with sales leadership to develop strategies that enhance performance and productivity
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active resident Health Insurance Producer License
- Previous experience as a licensed sales agent handling inbound or outbound sales calls
- Must obtain and maintain non-resident licenses in multiple states as needed
- Experience coaching or mentoring others in a sales environment is a plus
