Job Summary

Driving the performance and development of the sales team, the fully remote Sales Coach will provide hands-on support, training, and personalized coaching to sales representatives and managers while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide individualized coaching and development plans for sales agents and managers
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop strategies that enhance performance and productivity
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Active resident Health Insurance Producer License
  • Previous experience as a licensed sales agent handling inbound or outbound sales calls
  • Must obtain and maintain non-resident licenses in specified states
  • Experience coaching or mentoring others in a sales environment is a plus
