Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Specialist - Remote Nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone or online chat and assist with enrollment
• Support the sales department during high call volume periods and conduct outbound calls to prescreen sales leads
• Update internal databases with customer information and convert inquiries into sales opportunities

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• Must obtain necessary state health/life licensing within 30 days of employment
• 1+ years of related experience in customer analysis and problem solving
• Ability to work assigned shifts and complete training successfully
