A company is looking for a Health Insurance Subject Matter Expert (Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the product team by providing health insurance expertise and operational insights throughout the feature development lifecycle
• Translate health insurance processes into clear product requirements and functional documentation
• Conduct market research to identify feature gaps and contribute to product planning and validation

Required Qualifications

• At least 12 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong focus on end-to-end operations
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in health insurance
• Deep understanding of the full health insurance lifecycle, including regulatory considerations
• Proven ability to create clear, structured documentation such as process flows and functional specifications
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, technology, and business teams
