Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Insurance Subject Matter Expert (Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the product team by providing health insurance expertise and operational insights throughout the feature development lifecycle
• Translate health insurance processes into clear product requirements and functional documentation
• Conduct market research to identify feature gaps and emerging trends in global health insurance

Required Qualifications

• At least 12 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on health insurance for at least 5 years
• Experience in life and/or P&C insurance is a strong advantage
• Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Certificate in Insurance is highly desirable
• Deep understanding of the full health insurance lifecycle, including regulatory considerations
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, technology, and business teams
