Job Summary

Collaborating with trainers and providing support in a fully remote capacity, the Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Operations will assist in training activities, monitor learner performance, and facilitate communication among participants.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage team chats for training participants and monitor attendance
• Observe and document learner behavior during training sessions and provide daily recaps to support teams
• Assist learners with system issues and proactively identify areas where support is needed

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Active resident Health Insurance Producer License
• Previous experience as a licensed sales agent handling inbound or outbound sales calls
• Must obtain and maintain non-resident licenses as needed across various states
• Experience coaching or mentoring others in a sales environment is a plus
