Job Summary

Working fully remote, the Subject Matter Expert (SME)-Operations will collaborate with trainers and support teams to enhance the training experience for agents, actively participating in classroom activities and assisting with system issues.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage team chats for learners, trainers, and SMEs in the training channel
• Monitor attendance and learner engagement, documenting behaviors during training sessions
• Assist and troubleshoot learners with system issues while submitting daily recaps to vendors and support teams

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Active resident Health Insurance Producer License
• Previous experience as a licensed sales agent handling inbound or outbound sales calls
• Must obtain and maintain non-resident licenses in specified states as needed
• Experience coaching or mentoring others in a sales environment is a plus
