Job Summary

Working fully remote, the Subject Matter Expert (SME)-Operations will collaborate with trainers and support teams, actively participate in training sessions, and assist agents in their roles while ensuring effective engagement and monitoring of learners.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage team chats for learners, trainers, and SMEs in the training channel
• Monitor learner participation and document behaviors during training sessions
• Submit daily recaps and assist learners with system issues as needed

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Active resident Health Insurance Producer License
• Previous experience as a licensed sales agent handling inbound or outbound sales calls
• Must obtain and maintain non-resident licenses in various states as needed
• Experience coaching or mentoring others in a sales environment is a plus
