Job Summary

Collaborating with trainers and support teams, the fully remote Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Operations will engage in classroom activities, assist agents, and monitor training progress while ensuring a smooth learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage team chats for learners and trainers in the training channel
• Monitor and document learner attendance and system interactions
• Assist and troubleshoot learners with system issues and provide daily recaps to support teams

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Active resident Health Insurance Producer License
• Previous experience as a licensed sales agent handling inbound or outbound sales calls
• Must obtain and maintain non-resident licenses as needed across multiple states
• Experience coaching or mentoring others in a sales environment is a plus
