Job Summary

Collaborating with trainers and support teams, the fully remote Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Operations will engage in class activities to assist and motivate agents while monitoring their performance and providing necessary support.

Key responsibilities

• Set up team chats and update attendance trackers for training sessions
• Monitor learner performance and document behaviors during training simulations
• Assist learners with system issues and submit daily recaps to support teams

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Active resident Health Insurance Producer License
• Prior experience as a licensed sales agent handling inbound or outbound calls
• Must obtain and maintain non-resident licenses as needed across multiple states
• Experience coaching or mentoring in a sales environment is a plus
