Job Summary

Collaborating with trainers and support teams, the fully remote Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Operations will engage in training activities, monitor learner progress, and assist agents in their roles within the healthcare domain.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage team chats for participants, trainers, and SMEs in the training channel
• Monitor and document learner attendance and engagement in training activities
• Assist learners with system issues and provide proactive support during training sessions

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Active resident Health Insurance Producer License
• Previous experience as a licensed sales agent handling inbound or outbound sales calls
• Must obtain and maintain non-resident licenses in specified states
• Experience coaching or mentoring others in a sales environment is a plus
