Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Support Center Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads and supervises the support center team to ensure exemplary customer service and compliance with policies and regulations
- Manages escalations and addresses complex member inquiries related to enrollment, claims, and medical care
- Hires, trains, and develops team members while ensuring accountability for performance and departmental goals
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of customer service, call center, and/or sales experience, including 3 years of call center experience
- Understanding of insurance products including Medicaid, Medicare, and enrollment processes
- Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects and tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
