Health Insurance Trainer

Job Summary

To enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of telesales representatives, the fully remote Trainer will design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs while collaborating with Telesales Managers to assess training needs and evaluate effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service
• Deliver training through in-person facilitation, virtual instruction, and blended learning formats
• Provide one-on-one coaching to telesales representatives to improve sales performance and evaluate training effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Active resident health insurance license preferred
• 2+ years of experience in telesales or a related role
• Direct experience in training and coaching
• Experience designing and delivering in-person and virtual training programs
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and instructional design tools
