Job Summary

To enhance the skills of telesales representatives, the fully remote Trainer will design and deliver engaging training programs focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service while collaborating with Telesales Managers to assess training needs and improve team performance.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and develop training programs for telesales representatives, focusing on sales techniques and customer service
  • Deliver training through in-person facilitation, virtual instruction, and blended learning formats
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and collaborate with Telesales Managers to create tailored training plans
Required qualifications
  • Active resident health insurance license preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in telesales or a related role
  • Direct experience in training and coaching
  • Experience designing and delivering in-person and virtual training programs
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and instructional design tools
