Job Summary

To enhance telesales performance, the fully remote Trainer will design and deliver engaging training programs focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service for telesales representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs tailored to improve sales skills and customer service capabilities
• Deliver training through various formats, including in-person facilitation and virtual instruction
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide one-on-one coaching to enhance telesales representatives' performance

Required qualifications

• Active resident health insurance license preferred
• 2+ years of experience in telesales or a related role
• Direct experience in training and coaching telesales teams
• Experience in designing and delivering both in-person and virtual training programs
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and instructional design tools
