Job Summary
A company is looking for a Seasonal Training Specialist, a temporary position focused on training sales agents in a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging virtual training sessions for new employees
- Facilitate learning activities related to company policies and compliance
- Administer classroom training requirements and perform additional assigned duties
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in instructor-led training, in-person or virtual
- 6+ months of experience in a customer-facing role required
- Medicare/Medicaid/Individual Insurance experience preferred
- Health Insurance License is preferred
