Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Training Specialist, a temporary position focused on training sales agents in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging virtual training sessions for new employees
  • Facilitate learning activities related to company policies and compliance
  • Administer classroom training requirements and perform additional assigned duties
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in instructor-led training, in-person or virtual
  • 6+ months of experience in a customer-facing role required
  • Medicare/Medicaid/Individual Insurance experience preferred
  • Health Insurance License is preferred
