Health IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the analysis and management of clinical and data requirements, the full-time Health IT Business Analyst will drive enterprise change management and support IT modernization initiatives for the ICE Health Service Corps, focusing on requirements definition, data mapping, and stakeholder coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the definition and documentation of functional and data requirements for health IT systems
• Define data mapping strategy and coordinate with data engineers for implementation
• Support the Change Control Board by managing change and enhancement request intake and documentation

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in health IT or enterprise IT systems
• Proven experience in leading requirements gathering and analysis for complex systems
• Ability to translate operational needs into functional specifications
• Experience in leading data mapping strategy and defining data elements and business rules
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to obtain a DHS/ICE fitness determination
