Health IT Informatics Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting requirements gathering and process documentation, the full-time Health IT Informatics Analyst will focus on high-quality technical writing and editing of deliverables, playbooks, training materials, and knowledge-transfer artifacts.

Key responsibilities

• Document workflows, decision-rights matrices, and maintain version control of enterprise curriculum and governance documents
• Write and edit various materials, including reports, training materials, and user manuals, ensuring clarity for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Conduct research and translate complex clinical informatics concepts into clear, readable documents

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 additional years of specialized experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum 4 years of specialized experience in requirements analysis, documentation, or technical writing in a health IT environment
• Strong command of medical/healthcare terminology
• Experience with computer-based systems
• Proven ability to translate complex clinical informatics concepts into user-facing materials
