Health IT Informatics Analyst II
Job Summary
Serving as a senior data-focused analyst, the full-time Health IT Informatics Analyst II will manage stakeholder relationships, gather requirements, and ensure data integrity support for clinical informatics projects while working independently and client-facing.
Key responsibilities
- Provide stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and information modeling to support clinical informatics software development
- Lead data governance efforts and liaise with various teams to ensure alignment with data practices and compliance requirements
- Monitor data quality metrics and prepare executive briefings to promote data governance policies across stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 6 additional years of specialized experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience, with at least 6 years in requirements elicitation, analysis, and health information systems
- Experience with VA data sources, Federal EHR, or clinical data repositories
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills
- Familiarity with health information standards such as HL7 and FHIR
