Job Summary
Working overnight in a full-time capacity, the Health IT Operations Analyst will monitor and support critical network and system operations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable performance and maintain system stability in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor network tools and infrastructure, responding to alerts and documenting incidents
- Troubleshoot user and customer network outages, including phone and device issues
- Manage incident response and system operations, conducting initial troubleshooting before escalation
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a NOC, operations center, data center, or desktop support environment
- 2+ years of experience with enterprise network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
- 1+ year of experience using network or system monitoring tools (e.g., DataDog, Dynatrace)
- Experience troubleshooting network or system issues in a production environment
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office tools
