Health IT Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Working overnight in a full-time capacity, the Health IT Operations Analyst will monitor and support critical network and system operations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable performance and maintain system stability in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor network tools and infrastructure, responding to alerts and documenting incidents
• Troubleshoot user and customer network outages, including phone and device issues
• Manage incident response and system operations, conducting initial troubleshooting before escalation

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a NOC, operations center, data center, or desktop support environment
• 2+ years of experience with enterprise network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
• 1+ year of experience using network or system monitoring tools (e.g., DataDog, Dynatrace)
• Experience troubleshooting network or system issues in a production environment
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office tools
