Health IT Program Manager

Job Summary

Providing executive-level leadership and management, the full-time remote Health IT Program Manager will oversee Electronic Health Record (EHR) modernization initiatives and related enterprise Health IT programs across multiple component offices, ensuring alignment with operational priorities and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise EHR and related health IT programs
• Establish and manage program governance structures, including executive briefings and decision tracking
• Identify and manage program-level risks, issues, and dependencies while developing mitigation strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing complex Health IT or enterprise IT programs
• At least 5 years of experience with EHR modernization, implementation, or sustainment efforts
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience supporting federal healthcare programs involving multiple stakeholders and functional domains
