Health IT Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the oversight of EHR modernization efforts, the full-time salaried Health IT Program Manager will manage program planning, execution, and governance for enterprise Health IT initiatives across multiple IHSC component offices while advising senior leadership on strategic impacts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise EHR and related Health IT programs
• Develop and maintain integrated program roadmaps, schedules, and performance metrics
• Establish and manage program governance structures, including executive briefings and decision tracking

Required qualifications

• Project management experience required
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
• Expert knowledge of enterprise Health IT systems, including EHR modernization
• In-depth understanding of federal IT policy and healthcare regulations
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, multi-component Health IT programs
