Job Summary

Supporting the ICE Health Service Corps, the full-time Health IT Project Manager will oversee IT and EHR modernization projects, ensuring adherence to project management best practices while coordinating interdisciplinary teams and managing schedules, budgets, and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project management activities for IT and health service projects, ensuring compliance with federal and agency standards
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation while monitoring project performance and identifying risks
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to support medical care provision and program initiatives

Required qualifications

• Project management experience required
• Demonstrated expertise managing enterprise Health IT programs with multiple interrelated projects
• Advanced knowledge of program governance structures and performance reporting
• Proven ability to develop and manage integrated program schedules and cross-Unit coordination
• Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks
