Job Summary

Health & Life Insurance Consultant is a full-time position responsible for supporting client initiatives and delivering strategic benefits solutions while managing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with their benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of benefits strategy, including plan design and cost analysis
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and strategic consulting throughout the client lifecycle
  • Assist clients in understanding regulatory requirements and contribute to client presentations and educational materials
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of experience in employee benefits or HR benefits administration
  • Strong understanding of group health, life, and disability insurance products
  • Knowledge of ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, and relevant compliance frameworks
  • Health & Life Insurance License or ability to obtain within 90 days
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
