Job Summary

A company is looking for a Stop Loss Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support client relationships and manage client retention efforts
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to sales and service
• Develop financial, sales, and activity reports to enhance business performance

Required Qualifications

• Three (3) or more years of analytical or sales support experience in stop loss or healthcare
• Ability to obtain a Health & Life license within six months
• Proficiency in data analytics tools, including Power BI and Excel
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
