Job Summary

To support member engagement, the part-time contract Member Growth Advisor will conduct outbound calls and emails to existing members, guiding them through the Superpower Marketplace and recommending products that align with their health goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to existing members to foster warm conversations
• Guide members in navigating the Superpower Marketplace and recommend suitable products
• Maintain a clean CRM and share insights to enhance performance over time

Required qualifications

• Proven sales experience with measurable results in sales, account management, or membership revenue
• Ability to engage in consultative and personalized conversations without relying on scripts
• Genuine interest in health and wellness, ideally with personal experience using related products
• Highly organized and self-directed, suitable for a remote contractor role
• Experience with high-trust products in health or wellness is a plus
