Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Military Support Navigator Supervisor to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and track the quality of translation services, including turn-around times and handle special requests
  • Monitor progress against established outbound contact and translation services SLAs and provide feedback for improvement
  • Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure support services meet established standards
Required Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a social science field
  • Minimum 3 years call center customer service experience with 2+ years supervising teams
  • Strong customer service skills and knowledge of call center operations
  • Knowledge and understanding of military lifestyle and culture
  • Ability to pass background checks and credential review/verification
