Job Summary
Engaging daily with clients and teammates, the full-time Health Navigator will monitor medical alert alarms, manage inbound and outbound calls, and coordinate responses to ensure client safety in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor a high volume of medical alert alarms and determine response requirements based on established procedures
- Contact clients to assess alerts, verify demographics, and enter patient information into appropriate systems
- Assist with client enrollment, support existing clients, and collaborate with interdepartmental processes
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Two (2) plus years of related professional or healthcare medical experience
- LPN/CNA/Medical Assistant certification preferred
- Call Center experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
