Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Navigator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct educational telephone calls to advise members of available benefits, services, and programs
  • Reach out to members with identified gaps in care and motivate them to become compliant
  • Manage system work queues and screen identified members for eligibility and prior case activities

Required Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree in education, communication, or health-related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years of experience in a customer service support role
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Knowledge in medical terminology
