Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Navigator-Q.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Early Periodic Screening, Diagnosis, and Treatment (EPSDT) for members aged 0-20
• Conduct outreach calls for overdue appointments and assist with scheduling
• Coordinate transportation for appointments and promote health-related community events

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree in education, communication, or health-related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2 years of experience in a customer service support role
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Digital literacy assessment required
