Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Navigator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct educational calls to advise members on benefits and services, and complete health needs assessments
  • Reach out to members with care gaps to encourage compliance and assist with provider and appointment scheduling
  • Manage system work queues and screen members for eligibility and prior case activities


Required Qualifications
  • Associates Degree in education, communication, or health-related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years of experience in a customer service support role
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Proficient interpersonal and organizational skills
