Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Navigator to support members in managing their health and accessing resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct educational calls to inform members about available benefits and programs
  • Engage with members to address gaps in care and assist with provider connections and appointment scheduling
  • Manage system work queues and facilitate inquiries related to member services and program processes
Required Qualifications
  • Associates Degree in education, communication, health-related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years of experience in a customer service support role
  • Prior experience in a healthcare or managed care setting preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Experience in motivating patients towards compliance and healthy behaviors
