Job Summary
A company is looking for a Health Navigator I to provide customer service to members regarding benefits and health program options.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries related to medical, dental, or pharmacy claims, providing solutions and confirming eligibility
- Conduct detailed research and follow-up on member issues using multiple resources and applications
- Advocate for members by resolving issues with covered care or medications and addressing complaints and grievances
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to complete training as a Customer Service Representative
- Claim processing experience or related experience in a medical/dental office or pharmacy preferred
- Practical knowledge of medical, dental, and/or pharmacy terminology desired
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products and ability to work with multiple applications simultaneously
