Key Responsibilities
- Conduct educational calls to advise members on available benefits and services
- Encourage members to comply with care plans and assist with provider and appointment scheduling
- Manage system work queues and facilitate research on inquiries related to member services
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in education, communication, or health-related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of experience in a customer service support role
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Digital literacy assessment required
