Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Navigator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct educational calls to advise members on benefits, complete health needs assessments, and refer them to appropriate programs
  • Engage with members to address gaps in care, assist with provider location, and schedule appointments
  • Manage system work queues, screen members for eligibility, and facilitate inquiries and complaints related to programs


Required Qualifications
  • Associates Degree in education, communication, or a health-related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years of experience in a customer service support role
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Proficient organizational skills and effective time management
