Job Summary
A company is looking for a Health Navigator.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct educational calls to advise members on benefits, complete health needs assessments, and refer them to appropriate programs
- Engage with members to address gaps in care, assist with provider location, and schedule appointments
- Manage system work queues, screen members for eligibility, and facilitate inquiries and complaints related to programs
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in education, communication, or a health-related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of experience in a customer service support role
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Proficient organizational skills and effective time management
