Job Summary
A company is looking for a Health Navigator I.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service via phone, email, and chat regarding medical, dental, and pharmacy inquiries
- Analyze member needs and provide accurate information on benefits and health programs
- Conduct detailed research and follow-up to resolve member issues effectively
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to complete training as a Customer Service Representative
- Claim processing experience or related experience in a medical/dental office or pharmacy preferred
- Practical knowledge of medical, dental, and/or pharmacy terminology desired
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and Teams
