Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Navigator I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service via phone, email, and chat regarding medical, dental, and pharmacy inquiries
  • Analyze member needs and provide accurate information on benefits and health programs
  • Conduct detailed research and follow-up to resolve member issues effectively
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to complete training as a Customer Service Representative
  • Claim processing experience or related experience in a medical/dental office or pharmacy preferred
  • Practical knowledge of medical, dental, and/or pharmacy terminology desired
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and Teams
