Job Summary

Supporting the BlueCare Plus team, the full-time remote Health Navigator will assist members in scheduling wellness visits, coordinating follow-up appointments, and ensuring a supportive healthcare experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct educational calls to inform members about available benefits and services while completing health needs assessments
  • Encourage members with identified gaps in care to comply with health recommendations and assist in appointment scheduling
  • Manage system work queues and facilitate research on inquiries and complaints related to member services
Required qualifications
  • Associate's Degree in education, communication, health-related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Two years of experience in a customer service support role
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient interpersonal and organizational skills
