Job Summary
Supporting the BlueCare Plus team, the full-time remote Health Navigator will assist members in scheduling wellness visits, coordinating follow-up appointments, and ensuring a supportive healthcare experience.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct educational calls to inform members about available benefits and services while completing health needs assessments
- Encourage members with identified gaps in care to comply with health recommendations and assist in appointment scheduling
- Manage system work queues and facilitate research on inquiries and complaints related to member services
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree in education, communication, health-related field, or equivalent work experience
- Two years of experience in a customer service support role
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient interpersonal and organizational skills
