Health Navigator
Job Summary
Engaging daily with clients and teammates, the full-time Health Navigator in Monitoring will monitor medical alert alarms, manage inbound and outbound calls, and assess client needs remotely while ensuring adherence to established procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor a high volume of medical alert alarms and determine response requirements based on established procedures
- Contact clients to assess alerts, verify demographics, and enter patient information into appropriate systems
- Interact professionally with clients and health professionals, providing assistance and troubleshooting device issues as needed
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Two (2) years of related professional or healthcare medical experience
- LPN/CNA/Medical Assistant certification preferred
- Call Center experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
