Health Navigator, Overnight

Job Summary

Working overnight on a full-time basis, the Health Navigator will engage with clients to monitor medical alert alarms, manage inbound and outbound calls, and ensure appropriate responses to alarm activities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor a high volume of medical alert alarms and determine response requirements based on established procedures
• Contact clients to assess alerts, verify information, and enter patient data into appropriate systems
• Assist with client enrollment, support existing clients, and collaborate with interdepartmental processes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Two or more years of related professional or healthcare medical experience
• LPN/CNA/Medical Assistant certification preferred
• Call Center experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
