Health Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To support health operations, the full-time Health Operations Analyst will remotely manage escalations, investigate system issues, and document cases while collaborating with technical teams and providing interim solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Triage escalations by reviewing and prioritizing technical issues from operations teams
• Investigate system issues through root cause analysis and troubleshooting
• Document and track cases in a ticketing system, maintaining accurate records of issues and resolutions

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with healthcare providers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, including reporting and pivot tables
• Experience with Provider Data Management
• Familiarity with enrollment systems or CRM platforms
