Health Outcomes Research Lead

Job Summary

Leading health outcomes research initiatives, the full-time remote Health Outcomes Research Lead will manage the planning, execution, and operational oversight of research projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and delivering actionable insights for clinical and policy decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute health outcomes research initiatives, including observational studies and quality improvement research
• Develop and maintain research protocols and methodologies to ensure consistency across studies
• Synthesize findings into executive-level summaries and reports for internal and external audiences

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health sciences, pharmacy, or nursing; degree in biostatistics preferred
• CITI, ACRP, SOCRA, or CCRC/CCRP Certification preferred
• 5 years of relevant experience in research coordination or health outcomes study support
• Strong understanding of research protocols and regulatory requirements, with proficiency in data analysis tools
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
